I am a cosmopolitan person, I have a few “homelands”. My father stays in Austria, Vienna, but I’ve lived in Moscow for most of my life. I love this city. I feel at home both in Europe and in Russia.

Big Russian soul goes far beyond the limits of any comparison. Take our language: there are so many adjectives in it! And how about all the swear words!?! Russian language is full of swear words, which is, arguably, a sign of formidable emotional zest of its speakers.

I am a Muslim, to me religion means something that goes from the very heart. It helps me keep myself within certain bounds, whereas for someone else it may serve as an inner core. But you have to be able to distinguish between religiosity and religious zealotry.

I make the world around me a better place. Wherever I am, I try to infuse everything with beauty and tranquillity.

Family, above all, means love.

People who are in love with each other must have common interests, as if on the same wavelength, otherwise their love won’t last. When you look at your other half, you must question yourself — what’s this relationship going to be like after ten, twenty years? Is it still going to be fun being together after the feelings change..?

I forgive people their misdeeds, let go of them. Life’s far easier that way.

I try to keep out of any evil or mischief. I can spot a bad person straight away, the moment I see him. I don’t try to change evil people, I just stay away from them.

I fear things that I can’t control, things I can’t change or protect others from.

There’s a time for everything. A time to be born, a time to meet your love, to give birth to your children or meet your best friend — it all happens in its own time… There’s a lot that depends on us, but there are things that you just have to be patient for. You also have to try all sorts of different things to find out what is truly meant for you.

My dream is to do charity. I really like to help other people, to make their lives better. When I see the results of my activity, I feel really happy!

Whatever I do, I follow the golden mean, my life is all about balance.

I’ve got a very big family. We often gather for family parties, traditional get-togethers with the relatives. In such moments I prefer the company of the older and the younger generations.

Kids are freehearted while older people are wise and winsome, there’s a lot you can learn from them.
