When Russia was revealed to the whole world and the whole world was revealed to us, our people went straightly to the branded articles. Now it’s high time to slightly shift the direction, to understand that but for the branded stuff there’s another kind of clothes, not less trendy though. But it hardly works out as most people just feel afraid of following some other path, some more sophisticated one, different from just moving ahead.

Russia can be compared to a cloud of locust which randomly pounces upon something. Our people are not ready to thoughtfully consume. A Russian considers it’s mostly essential to check in a trendy place, to put a tick and rush ahead.

A plain pack of cigarettes can turn to a sort of revelation, if it suits my energetic and my mood at this very moment.

People in Russia are not able to properly operate the set goals. It’s like once we bought a format of this or that program we are to dully operate it at the drop of our hat.

The Internet can be compared to a unity of lonely people aiming at getting new acquaintances, which they can’t get in real life because of lack of time or bunch of complexes, the latter playing the less significant role lately.

I’ve recently made up a blog where I wondered whether it would be McDonald’s or trendy designers that would live longer. McDonald’s won as people are always to experience hunger regardless of fashion. They in McDonald’s are always ready to cheerfully welcome you in and to provide you a meal (laughing).

Style is a man’s behavior format.

The New Year has turned to a sad holiday for me.

One of the most remarkable moments of my life took place at school, when my parents told me they were proud of me for the first time in my life.

I didn’t aim at becoming famous. It’s much more important that people respect you. Well, being a “woman of fashion” or a “trendy clubber” whom everybody knows but has no specific attitude differs greatly from being Michael or Raisa, the Gorbachevs. Being a celebrity does not imply the possibility to change something, to influence people’s actions. But it’s all different when you are respected and people follow you, will penetrate what you are saying, moreover at times changing their own opinion in favour of yours.

I wish I could meet Hemingway, as I am still wondering how he managed to write “The Old Man And The Sea” without seeing the latter.

People managing the trendy places in Russia don’t seem to be able to see the final aim. That is the reason of the natural name of the game, like pompous start off, glamorous entourage, crowds of people and loud collapse in some two months.
