«“I’ll think about it tomorrow”, — is my motto in life»

The concept of beauty in Russia is still surrounded by a shroud of mystery, an air of “expensiveness”, whereas in many other countries people are already beginning to reassess their views about it: beauty isn’t something one should take too seriously!

I like collecting unconventional perfume brands rich in temper and sense. Wherever I go, I’m constantly exploring the world of perfume in search of new names. In the future, I’d like to start my own perfume boutique where I could keep all the most extraordinary fragrances, invite famous perfumers over. There’s a place like that in Moscow, but mine one will be completely different from it in its interior design and emotional atmosphere.

I started horse riding about a year back. I really enjoy getting out of the city and riding a horse out in the country. You have to find common language with your horse. Equestrian sports provide one with a lot of adrenalin and a good chance of gaining communication experience.

I love jasmine and everything that has to do with it. Perfume, blossoming — these things always boost my mood!

I collect bells from all the countries I go to. They make much more of a pleasant view than fridge magnets!

When I was a child, I was going crazy about the TV show called “Fort Boyard”, I dreamt of getting there and taking part in the game. On one of my birthdays, my parents arranged pieces of thread all over the apartment that led to some kind of clues, organized certain tasks I had to complete, and every solution I managed to find meant another present for me.

Russian glamour used to be more of a parody of glamour, gaudy and conspicuous. Nowadays, it’s nice to notice more and more examples of good taste.

“I’ll think about it tomorrow”, — is my motto in life (laughs).

What matters in our life is not the objective reality itself but the way one feels about it. It’s crucial that you don’t just dream, but picture your dream with fine detail. Say, if one dreams of a pretty house by the sea, one should picture himself in this house, think of a place for a cat to run around or a place to put the TV. You have to live it to be able to make it to this imaginary world… But dreaming alone will, definitely, not be enough, as you’ve also got to do something for it.

Speaking about political situation in general, there are no such things as freedom and democracy in Russia. But isn’t it far important to create an atmosphere of freedom in your own private space! At the end of the day, these individual freedoms compiled together might eventually change the general situation in the country.
