«One thing about life is that you’ve got to do whatever makes you happy, otherwise, why the hell bother living?»
Working is monotonously performing your duties. The life I’m living brings me money, new acquaintances and whatever else I need, but it’s not what I’d call working.
At the time of my youth, my current occupation would be called parasitism. However, the good thing is that I always have time to think, to look back and realize what to do next.
Many countries of the world are now under fascist regimes, whereas those where it failed engaged in wars. Hands down, you can run away from all of this, get rid of the TV, go live in Goa and smoke weed, but not all of us can afford this due to their moral or material values.
One thing about life is that you’ve got to do whatever makes you happy, otherwise, why the hell bother living?
I deal with people of various backgrounds, and I can’t say that I’ve noticed some particular happiness in the eyes of the wealthier people. How do you even live with that type of attitude? They keep moaning about being surrounded by a bunch of pederasts who’re only friends with them because of their money; chicks who milk them for all they’ve got, and so on. Is that the way a happy person sees his life? (laughs)
The happiest people are the believers who get a thrill from their religion, which is, probably, the best thing to ever happen to one, because everyone else spends more time suffering than enjoying themselves.
Merely performing a ritual doesn’t give one faith, it has to come from the very heart.
Hobby is what you do to entertain yourself. But with me it just happened to be this way that I spend all my life doing entertainment, so having fun during my free time as well would at the very least be a bit odd.
That’s the way our life goes here: whatever stupid things you do, everyone still forgets about it the next day, so you can carry on with your nonsense.
Rather listen to a priest or a professor, who does have something interesting to say, instead of just parking by the TV, open-mouthed, waiting to hear some musician’s new drunken rubbish. It’s entirely up to you, whether you want to be a better person or be like that Syava rapper guy.
What do I think about McDonalds? Why don’t you just go have a look at the people who work there and eat this food, and you’ll pretty much figure it all out yourself.
Ask anyone, they’ll tell you that life used to be better back in the day. But the reason for it is not that it really was so, it’s just that one tends to regret that the time of his youth is already gone, he feels nostalgic about the days when he used to be young and carefree.
My appearance doesn’t matter to me, but there’s also such thing as etiquette, having respect for some solemn event. And if you’re dressed improperly, you might just ruin the whole thing for the people around you.
The Rolling Stones is the only band that keeps carrying on with its madness throughout decades. Moreover, even though their works have long lost their intensity and are now more like smoldering embers, everyone’s still interested in what’s going to happen next.
The worldview would be far deeper and greater without the cynicism and with more room for joy and wonderment.

Счастливые люди - это те, кто достиг гармонии с самим собой, кто умеет радоваться жизни и видеть, что происходит вокруг, а не живет гонкой за номинальными составляющими счастья. Такие попадуются и среди богатых - они тоже умеют радоваться)
