Cost per square meter has always been a rate similar to that of an average patient temperature in a hospital. Nowadays it’s harder to estimate (laughs).

I’ve never been the one who goes crazy about cars, never really been a fan of them. I enjoy driving my car and I’m not planning on changing it.

I’ve got three main hobbies: photography, golf and wine collecting.

I’ve chosen photography because video takes too much time, you have to work a lot to get what you want out of it. I’ve never been into home video, things like: ‘Here’s Vasya, and here’s Petya, come on guys, say hi’ (laughs).

The best thing about golf is that you can play it alone, you don’t have to look for a partner. In this game you’re always playing against yourself. If you’ve managed to overcome yourself, your complexes and issues, to calm down at the right moment, it means you’ve won.

I don’t like it when people give me ties, cuff links and belts. However, a bottle of good wine is a present I am always happy to receive.

I’m not the least bit fussy about clothes. I’ve got white shirts and blue suits — that’s enough of a style to wear to work for me. Otherwise it’s jeans and T-shirts.

Kindness is what makes us feel better, helps us give happiness to those around us.

I believe that financial factor has always played a significant role in people’s relations. Any historic period has its own examples. Like, Alexander the Great, for example, he wanted to conquer a half of the world not only because he had this existential ambition to achieve something, but also because he saw the financial side to it.

The experience shows that after you’ve graduated from college, the opportunities you get to establish a friendly relationship or a really good fellowship grow more and more rare. But anyway, the meaning of the word “friend” itself implies that there can’t be too many of them.

When one stops experiencing the release of the happy hormone in his body, the life loses its flavour.

Compared to the majority of other people, I spend far less time bringing up the memories of the past, as I prefer to concentrate on the future or on the things that are going on around me at the very moment.
I’m a big fan of Apple devices, because they make a perfect example of what can be achieved by people who go out of their way to create something exquisite, stylish and functional at the same time.

It’s impossible to keep yourself happy by doing one and the same awesome thing. You have to always carry on working on yourself and challenging your limits.
