In Russia you’ve got to have good old boy connections to make some laws work.

People in all Asian countries smell strange (I guess it’s because of their food). I can remember my friend and I could not even approach a local cuisine restaurant because of the smell (laughing).

It’s much easier and more profitable to be a lawyer in the USA than anywhere else. The US law system is that complicated that no one can get into the thing apart from Americans themselves.

People often get irritated about the situation when somebody’s trying his best to reach a result, and here I come and maintain the thing better (laughing).

I have no idea of consciousness. I have got my own principles and values I have generated myself, setting really high price for them.

Judges in America estimate moral damage at millions of dollars, while they in Russia introduce a sum of 10 000 rubles. I guess our judges still consider that a Russian’s consciousness is invaluable and can not be treated as an object of trade.

As I was taking morning walks with my iPod among all these sky-scrapers and hurrying people I was just wondering: how is one to live in the modern world of Big Apple with its ever-changing values, ideas of good and evil, vague relations, faces. But my major question was: “What am I to do to invest in it all?

I can spend my last money on a movie or on a book, that has somehow grabbed me. I know for sure that it will not be a pullover from Hermes latest collection, as the later is nothing more than a transient item. Well, I don’t mean that I wouldn’t spend on Aston Martin DB9... or let’s say on Shelby Mustang GT 500 of 1967, and… fuck! There are so damn many things I am ready to spend my last money on! (laughing).
