Work at the “First” channel presents itself a grand system of experience where you can learn from such great people as Jury Nikolaev, Alla Pugacheva and so on. Being a young actor I am lucky to get the very best of the channel which makes me go to work as if I am going to have a party time again and again.

I was highly surprised when I saw a billboard with the advertisement of a movie, me staring the main role, just opposite my windows. It was both pleasant and dreadful at the same time (laughing).

I’ve worked in the theatre for seven years and then I left for television and cinema. To be honest I don’t miss the theatre as I have outgrown this stage. This is only the audience alive I do miss much.

I love various kinds of antiques, flea markets and such things. My dacha is the place that will give the idea of me as a real hoarder. Moreover I reconstructed the attic there into a studio where I can store different antiques.

Travelling is the only possibility for me to compensate the endless Moscow traffic jams as well as rehearsals and shoots. However I visit not the conventionally glamorous places but those I really feel appealed by. I’ve recently been to Karelia, it’s so beautiful there, it’s just gorgeous! The problem about Russians is that they can’t get what beauty is just at their arm-reach. You really don’t need to fly to another distant place to experience unforgettable experience of traveling.

People often tell me that my charm can both rob and kill. I couldn’t get it before but I do make use of it nowadays. That’s the thing people surely get jealous about (laughing).

The “First” Channel versus RTR war can be compared to the competition of two theatres located in one and the same street. Effective competition is a fertilizer in a big flower field. It’s always useful.

Bezrukov, Habensky and Kutsenko are the heroes of our time. They are contemporary people’s personifications and that is the explanation to the fact that we see them that often on TV, and there’s nothing bad about it. Just think about Tabakov, Bojarsky and Jankovsky in the Soviet times, they also seem to have been regular guests on TV.

I was the main character and the first teenager starring in the Russian first serial about youngsters “Simple truth”. I’ve got the main role there — the one of Pasha Belkin. All the way to my apartment was drawn by my fans, which made the neighbours constantly file complaints to the neighbourhood police inspector.

My grandmother was Lenin’s personal librarian. When I was entering the University I was constantly getting questions about my good old boy connections on the part of other guys, who were quite surprised by my good marks. In the end I just stood in front of the jury and asked for a word. It was like:«permit me issue a statement. I am a trickster and I am here because of my profitable connections». Everybody was really astonished. Nobody had done such a thing before, I was the pioneer (laughing).

It’s highly important to live for the day, you will never be able to repeat it one more time! Time is the only resource that can be restored, however it can’t be either bought or given back. One should set price for today, remember yesterday and peep up in tomorrow.

We run the following principle in our company: “Either you work for the “First” channel or for some other one”. Leaving the place is not regarded as a betrayal, it’s mostly about a special value system. There are several examples of people who lived like kings and were really popular while working for the “First”. And what happened to them when they left for another channel? They just degraded, playing supporting roles and suffering from the thing greatly.

I’ve got a great collection of scarves. I am all wrapped into scarves whether it’s autumn, winter or spring. I’ve got a special scarf matching to every wear style, imagine me wearing a white one even doing fitness (laughing).
