«I can’t call myself fanciful. I guess I can become a bit so when I get my first buck»

The most comfortable time for waking up is midday. My perfect morning is a cup of coffee combined with a trip in the Internet.

Well, I am initially a designer, but I have to operate as an entrepreneur as well. I opened a fashion house, a tailoring shop, which demands me to get involved into administrative tasks as well.

I am developing, the individual style and concept emerges as you get more experienced. I work in prêt-a-porter deluxe class in Dolce&Gabbana, Dsquared2 direction, etc. I specially mind colours and details.

The question of the place to get my clothes is not that crucial for me. I like Top Man, my friends driving at the fact that a designer is to wear his own clothes and get his individual promotion. They are absolutely right.

I was educated in an “you shall not make for yourself an idol” style. Still I do consider Tom Ford to be the fashion genius. He designs the clothes for millions of people all over the world. That was Tom who bailed out Gucci! I for one only bankrupt it. Joking.

To leave alone Denis Simachev and Igor Chapurin I can not apprehend Russian fashion as such. I respect Western masters. This is a really tough labor but they do realize all the fashion nuisances, the fact that it’s all not only about clothes but also a great deal about marketing, quality materials, beautiful models, etc.

Oh… The gloss is really poor here. European editions chief editors can be noticed at merely all the Fashion week shows, Russian visiting only those designers’ they have liking for.

Regardless of the fact that I am mostly concentrated on male clothes there are more women in my surroundings.

I can’t call myself fanciful. I guess I can become a bit so when I get my first buck.

Once I forwarded my photo to Max Chernitsov to take part in models contest. He called me but I was not tall enough (170 cm). It was last year when he himself commented my own collection at the backstage. I like the way things go!
