«If you do not feel protected, you will not get to the next layers of self-actualization»

Words as well as all kind of PR prevent people from penetrating music. I wish people took the music as it is, in its true colous I mean.

I can’t stand when the crowd takes a journalist’s biased opinion for granted. I mean people can be served some shit on a plate and assured that this is a great dainty. They will eat it all and get excited after all.

A Western magazine The WIRE is always running the deepest research, digging up fresh unknown singers, observing them and after all speaking out about their pepper. And the latter has nothing to do with any kind of good old boys connections.

Have you noticed that there are ever the same characters in the musical sphere? Take for instance this hyperpopular Tesla Boy. He’s all about plagiarism!

Music is my hobby, I am a successful IT specialist in reality.

Today I’ve been to the post office and sent two CDs to my “first international buyer” from Great Britain. I indicated this very status on the envelope.

Earlier I worked for a big corporation, but I got fed up with the whole system one day, which brought about my decision to go into downshifting. Well, to talk Russian I drove down. I quit a big company and did nothing for a year and a half.

A corporation makes a man somehow square.

If in day-to-day life you usually set “tomorrow” and “the day after tomorrow” objectives, in corporations you are to stick to some “weeks” and “months” goals. It’s like: “Let’s have a look, I am busy next week, then I am off for my vacation, then I have this and after that this…So let’s get in touch at the end of July, no, it’s better at the beginning of August…”

Once I just realized that if I didn’t earn that much, I would spend less. Now I feel much more amused by what is going on around in spite of the fact that I can not stand a treat to everybody in the bar to make the party somehow jollier.

I enjoy the process of home cooking much more, when it makes me go to the market, buy tomatoes, avocado. Speaking about the market I do mean the market and not “Azbuka Vkusa”! These are the things you feel beyond corporate existence, which can not fairly be called life.

Having been a top-manager I had great number of people leeching off me. That was an expense item, believe me. After I claimed I quited they all vanished in a wink.

I like to travel to unconventional places. I’ve had enough of the conventional ones.

I like to figure out some innovative extremely cheap methods of travelling from one point to another. Well, getting to Uganda within one hour by a plane really differs from having a jolty ride in a buss without conditioning.

I had a story in my life, when my ex wife and me were building a house. First we wanted a small cozy house with two bedrooms and round living room. Then an architect somehow failed and stated: “Just look at it, the house is awry. Let’s expand it a bit and arrange another layer. You’ll get some additional berths”. Then the constructors failed again and we got another basement. After all we got a four storey house. After that we constructed a sauna outside. Then another architect arrived and recommended me to move my music studio out of the cellar (“What kind of music are you going to compose in a cellar?”) So said so done! We raised the sauna’s roof and attached another layer. That is all where the status can drive a man to.

Nowadays I’ve managed my life balanced.

I like the natural service, I mean that from the heart. It’s like you call on a bar after a hard working week and here’s the barman asking you: “So, the usual one?”

I am really concerned about the time when culture in our country will be treated as the underlying factor of society formation.

Some sources advocate corruption as according to them it motivates managers to be more active. I, for one, wish our society were driven by some different values.

If you do not feel protected, you will not get to the next layers of self-actualization.

The Russians have a generous nature. Once they have a spree, they will swap the last penny to drink.

To say that the Russians drink much is the same as to state that all men are bastards.

In Cuba only city citizens complain to Fidel, and once you look into the country, where they usually do not bring tourists, you’ll meet fairly happy people. They’ve got their own vegetable gardens, where they are busy and happy about that.

Once a man gets a temptation to get something free of charge, a man spoils in a wink and starts drinking in case he does not get the thing.

Internet cover in Russia makes about 30%. But on the whole we are still dummies, which enables confidential data swindle to flourish.

Russians and Chinese are mostly the ones, who cheat eBay customers.

Internet sites in Russia are still not taken as a tool of business development and sales increase.
